CROWD CONTROL (Licenced Venues)

The ‘Security’ is often the first person your customers see and as such Elite Protective Services are responsible and accountable for ensuring the crowd controllers provided to a venue are the right fit in terms of their attitude, communication & negotiation skills and personal presentation, and that they meet the expectations of your clientele.

We understand that every Venue and Brand is unique in their own way, from style, policies and procedures and demographics. Therefore, our staff apply different skills, mentality and security interventions in ensuring the safety of customers and staff for the security of the premises. 

Dealing with patrons who may be under the influence of drugs and alcohol requires, patience, respect, maturity and excellent communication (verbal judo) skills as well as high levels of emotional intelligence. 

What you should expect from our team:

  • Controlling entry into your Venue

  • Crowd profiling, monitoring and communicating on crowd and individual behavior;

  • Dealing with potentially aggressive, abusive or violent behavior;

  • Administering and coordinating ‘first response’ i.e. first aid or critical care

  • Coordinating emergency evacuation of a venue

  • Liaising with emergency or law enforcement personnel

  • Supervising and advising on RSA and/or RSG (if applicable)
